Gio Ponti is responsible for the ability to introduce highly innovative elements with sensitivity and respect for the taste for antiquity and oriental culture. In 1925 at the Universal Exhibition in Paris, the Richard Ginori and its artistic director were awarded with the award of a Grand Prix to both.
Ginori 1735 still expresses the utmost competence in reinterpreting its history by bringing back the most emblematic decorations designed by Gio Ponti.

The “Orcino” vase is one of Gio Ponti’s best known works and the name reveals the architect’s background, as do the series of small vases occupying the cells and the perspective created by the cells themselves, which makes it impossible to look at the object from just one point of view.
