At 1000 degrees Celsius, Medusa Gala décor melts the colors into the glaze. The glaze melts and sinks into the décor, making color and luminosity indestructible. It is scratch and wear-resistant. However, gold decors are not totally scratch resistant by their natural material properties. This décor is under testing by the Rosenthal Institute tested product for material technology (IWT). It is dishwasher safe.
