Pininfarina is an iconic Italian design brand known for its work in the automotive industry, particularly for designing some of the most beautiful and legendary cars. Founded in 1930 by Battista “Pinin” Farina, the company is renowned for its collaboration with major car manufacturers, including Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and more.

Later on , the brand has extended its design expertise into luxury stationery, particularly pens. Pininfarina pens combine cutting-edge design with high-quality materials, blending art and functionality in writing instruments. In particular, they are characterized by sleek, aerodynamic lines that reflect the brand’s heritage in automotive design with a minimalist and futuristic aesthetic.

Some of the most iconic models are:

• Forever Prima is a designed pen with an elongated conical shape, awarded the GranDesign Etico International Award. Its body is made of anodized aluminum, topped with an Ethergraf tip, crafted from a patented metal alloy. The tip contains no lead or aluminum, is handmade by Italian craftsmen, and barely wears out even after decades of use.
• Pininfarina Cambiano features elegant lines and bold design choices, made from various materials. This everlasting pen also has a unique writing tip made from the patented Ethergraf metal alloy. When it touches the paper, the tip leaves a silvery mark similar to a graphite pencil but more resistant. It writes perfectly on stone paper.
• Aero is another everlasting pen. Pininfarina’s designers created this new model, after being inspired by the power, shape and beauty of airflows. Elegant yet sturdy, the pen contrasts with a heavy concrete base: even seemingly incompatible things can create harmony. The pen’s body is very light, made from aerospace aluminum. Its elegant shape resembles the infinity symbol.
