H Deco Porcelain Mini Cup Set for Tea and Coffee

The Hermès H Deco Set of 6 Small Cups brings together six mini cups from the H Deco collection, combining the n°1 and n°2 designs in a coordinated set. The set includes three white porcelain cups with black decoration and three black porcelain cups with white decoration, creating a distinctive contrast across the collection.

Each mini cup has a 6.2 cl capacity, making the set particularly suited to small servings of tea and coffee. With their compact format and coordinated black-and-white decoration, the six cups create an elegant and graphic presentation for tea and coffee service.

The decoration features the iconic double-H “Lift” motif surrounded by intricate geometric elements inspired by the Art Deco ironwork of Hermès’ Parisian stores. The combination of the two contrasting colorways gives the complete set a more varied table presentation while preserving the distinctive visual identity of H Deco.

At the centre of the design, the double-H motif recalls the elevator and main entrance door of the historic Hermès store at 24 Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. The two interlaced Hs also echo the union of Émile Hermès and Julie Hollande in 1900.

Designed by Benoit Pierre Emery, the set combines six compact porcelain cups with the architectural character of the H Deco collection. The decorations are screen-printed and applied by hand, and the cups are made in France.

Care Instructions

The cups can occasionally be washed in the dishwasher, although Hermès recommends hand washing with a soft, non-abrasive sponge to help preserve the beauty and brilliance of the decoration. They are not microwave-safe due to the presence of precious materials.
