H Deco Porcelain Coffee Service Set
The Hermès H Deco Coffee Cup and Saucer Set for 2 comprises two porcelain coffee cups with matching saucers, designed for serving coffee in an elegant and coordinated setting. Their compact format makes them ideal for refined coffee service at home or when entertaining guests.
Each cup has a 9 cl capacity, offering a compact format for coffee while the matching saucer completes the presentation. The black-and-white decoration gives the set a distinctive graphic character while maintaining the refined aesthetic of the H Deco collection.
The decoration features the iconic double-H “Lift” motif at the centre, framed by intricate geometric elements inspired by the Art Deco ironwork of Hermès’ Parisian stores. The architectural influence brings a distinctive character to the coffee service.
The double-H motif recalls the elevator and main entrance door of the historic Hermès store at 24 Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. The two interlaced Hs also echo the union of Émile Hermès and Julie Hollande in 1900.
Designed by Benoit Pierre Emery, the coffee cups and saucers combine a dedicated coffee-service format with the distinctive visual identity of H Deco. The decoration is screen-printed and applied by hand, and the pieces are made in France.
Care Instructions
The cups and saucers can occasionally be washed in the dishwasher, although Hermès recommends hand washing with a soft, non-abrasive sponge to help preserve the beauty and brilliance of the decoration. They are not microwave-safe due to the presence of precious materials.
