One of the symbols of the city of Florence, the Iris Garden, located at the foot of Piazzale Michelangelo, is the creative helm of the Richard Ginori Giardino dell’Iris. The hand-painted decoration depicting the Iris, the symbolic flower of Florence, is made of porcelain with a painting technique inspired by the poetic vision of the floral world from the seventeenth-century German art.
