The Saint Louis Tommy Crystal Roemer Grey is a refined piece from the historic Tommy collection, first created in 1928. Its soft grey colour gives the traditional design a more modern look, keeping the detailed craftsmanship that made the collection famous.

The goblet is decorated with facet, ball and diamond cuts, carefully applied by skilled Saint Louis cutters. These different cuts give the crystal a rich texture and create subtle reflections as light moves across the surface.

The Tommy collection became part of French history in 1938, when Tommy glasses were used for a celebrated dinner in the Hall of Mirrors at the Château de Versailles during the visit of King George VI. The collection continues to be made today using traditional techniques.

Each glass takes around ten days to complete. Ten glassblowers are involved in shaping the crystal, followed by five cutters who create the detailed decoration. This careful process gives every piece its distinctive character.
