The Saint Louis Matrice Table Lamp Gold is a contemporary crystal table lamp designed for consoles, side tables, desks and refined bedside settings. The lamp combines clear crystal with a golden-finish aluminium structure, creating a compact form that works easily in modern and more traditional interiors.
The clear crystal element has the characteristic mould-like shape of the Matrice collection. Kiki Van Eijk developed the design from the moulds and casts kept in the Saint Louis warehouse, turning these production tools into the starting point for a collection of decorative and lighting objects. Hand-cut details on the crystal add texture and give the transparent surface a changing appearance as it catches the light.
The golden finish gives the lamp a warmer character and makes it particularly suitable for interiors using brass, warm metals or wood. The freestanding construction means that no separate lampshade is required, allowing the crystal element and golden structure to remain visible as part of the overall design.
