The “Guethary” stainless steel cutlery from France’s world-famous silversmith Puiforcat is rightly regarded as a modern classic. Now this distinctive design – which first appeared in 1926 – has been re-released in 18/10 stainless steel and is a perfect “companion” for everyday life.
The refinement of the design by Jean Puiforcat lies in its solid but also very harmonious form. Jean Puiforcat applied the “Golden Ratio” for this design, a technique used in art and painting, which is often regarded as the epitome of aesthetics and harmony.
The three-pronged fork has an incredibly modern appearance. In order to emphasize the unity of the design, the fork handle was manufactured from one piece of metal, thus producing a nice, solid piece of cutlery. A new design feature of the spoon is the perfect oval shape of the bowl.
