The Veronese vase is one of Venini’s masterpieces, designed in the 1920s by Vittorio Zecchin. Thanks to the Kintsugi technique, an ancient restoration method in gold to repair broken objects, usually ceramics, the collection has been enriched with new unique flashes of light. The break lines are not only left exposed, but are also highlighted by the gold dust, creating a new pattern and transforming the appearance of the object.
