Just use the soft side of a scrub sponge with warm water and regular dishwashing liquid. Remember to avoid using the abrasive side of the sponge. Despite the sophistication of platinum, Bernardaud Ecume Gold tableware can be washed in the dishwasher because the fine Limoges porcelain is bisque-fired at over 1,400 degrees Celsius. The porcelain from the Ecume Gold range goes very well with the Ecume White tableware.
