Rosenthal Studio-Line is design oriented, avantgardistic and full of art collection made of porcelain. The complete Rosenthal Studio-Line consists of various art objects designed by internationally recognized artists which are famous all over the world for their uncommon design. Since the 60s, famous names have created great art which Rosenthal has immortalized in porcelain. Thereby, numerous beautiful vases have been created for the Rosenthal studio-line. It is unique, stylish and out of time. Sebastian Herkner enthuses the German design scene – with award-winning designs that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. Born 1981 in Bad Mergentheim he works freelance since 2006 after studying product design at the Offenbach University of Art and Design. Sebastian Herkner designs furniture, lights and tableware for manufacturers such as Moroso, Carl Mertens or Classicon – including probably his best-known design oft he Bell Table, for which he was honoured with the Red Dot Design Award 2010. He works also as an interior and exhibition designer and lives in Offenbach.
